Shawn Johnson began his electrical career in 1999, shortly after his oldest son was born. Shawn was fortunate enough to have apprenticed under the valley's finest electrician, Jim Bowen. "Jim taught me the importance of work ethic, quality and customer service."

About the Johnson Family:
My oldest son, Dane, is an 8th grader at GMS. He plays on the 8th grade basketball team. He is an avid outdoors man who loves to hunt, fish and ski. He also plays babe ruth baseball during the summer. My daughter, Madi, is a 7th grader at GMS. She is a competitive gymnast with the Gunnison Recreation dept CARA program. She loves to ski and is looking forward to playing girls basketball this winter. My son, Wade, is 7 and is in second grade at GES. He loves the outdoors including hunting, fishing and skiing. He plays baseball and basketball through the Gunnison Recreation department. Our youngest son, Ryan, is 1 1/2 yr and loves to follow in the footsteps of his older siblings. My wife, Jennifer, was born and raised in Gunnison. She helps manage Gunnison Vitamin which is owned by her parents.

I contacted Shawn to get an estimate for installing under-cabinet kitchen lighting. He arrived at the appointment time and did a very thorough assessment of the project. The work was started and completed in a timely fashion. He remedied a minor lighting glitch immediately.
